Returns of products, which are considered defective upon delivery at the charge of the COMPANY
In the event that a product/s is/are found to be defective upon delivery to the customer, the return thereof/s will also be made at the charge of the COMPANY.
In this case, the return of the defective product(s) may be upon consultation with the COMPANY.
The return of the products, which are considered defective upon delivery, will be accepted with a statement from the customer within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery of these to the customer for mobile phones, and within ten (10) calendar days from the delivery of these to the customer for the remaining product categories. At the same time, the product must not be damaged or damaged due to the fault of the owner, beyond the diagnosed defect, and must have all the original documents that accompanied the product (e.g. D.AT., Retail Receipt etc.) all its accessories and its complete packaging.
The establishment of the manufacturing defect is always done by a technical inspection of the device. A visit by the technician of the supplier company's authorized workshop and a written confirmation of the diagnosis of the device's failure is required, so that it is considered that the product was defective upon delivery.
In case of return of the products (DOA), and on the condition that they have been previously received and checked by the COMPANY, the item will be replaced with a similar device (condition and characteristics, etc.), otherwise in case the customer rejects based on the replacement, a refund will be made to the customer, in the manner in which he paid the purchase price (i.e. with a cash refund if the purchase was paid in cash, with cancellation of the debit/credit card charge in case of a purchase with a debit/ credit card etc.) edited by the COMPANY. In particular, in the case of debiting the value of the purchase via debit/credit card, the COMPANY's obligation to refund the amount is exhausted upon the declaration of the cancellation of the transaction to a cooperating bank that services the COMPANY's transactions (which subsequently, if if the same issuer of the said debit/credit card does not, it will forward the information about the cancellation of the transaction to the issuing bank of the card to proceed with the cancellation of the charge based on the policy it applies at any given time and the contract it has drawn up with the customer ). In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the "collect @ store" option, the money will be returned to him from the store where he received the product.
The return will be made no later than within fourteen (14) working days of both the product and the price (the return of the price in the above ways within fourteen -14- days from the return of the product to the COMPANY).
If the customer has purchased a product that has been considered defective on delivery (DOA), and has the right to return it at the charge of the COMPANY, as specifically defined above, then he may return to the COMPANY, and the additional products of this type (for for example, if a digital camera is found to be defective upon delivery, the customer has the option to return the storage card that was purchased with the camera in question).
Right of withdrawal
From the day of submission of the customer's order up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the service contract (in the case of such a contract), or from the delivery (in the case of products) and indeed when there are many in the same order from the delivery of the latter, while when there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from the delivery of the first, the customer has the right to withdraw from the sale.
This withdrawal is without justification and without any charge for the customer and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product unused, exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all of its accessories, the forms that accompany it and the packaging its in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item. Withdrawal is not understood in case the customer has used or activated the item even once, in which case the product is now considered used.
The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing or electronically and the COMPANY is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it reaches it. You will find a model of a written declaration of withdrawal here.
Following the declaration of withdrawal, the COMPANY is obliged to return the price collected.
The refund to the customer will be made in the event that the purchase was paid for by debit/credit card as follows: the COMPANY will be obliged to inform the bank with which it cooperates for the processing of these transactions, for the cancellation of the said of the transaction (therefore, if the issuer of the said debit/credit card is not the same, it will forward the information about the cancellation of the transaction to the card issuer, the bank, in order to cancel the charge based on the policy it applies at any given time and the contract he has drawn up with the customer). The COMPANY, following this notification to the cooperating bank, bears no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is decided by the issuing bank of the card and is regulated by the aforementioned contract of the bank with the customer

Delivery costs are not refunded only if the customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the COMPANY. The COMPANY is entitled to reject the declaration of withdrawal if the item is not offered for return legally and properly, i.e. in the condition it was delivered and not used. The customer, if the COMPANY, at its discretion and by way of exception, accepts the return of a used item in view of withdrawal, is responsible for compensating the company for the reasonable reduction in the value of the item due to its use. The COMPANY is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation even with mutual netting. In the event that the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the customer must pay an amount proportional to what was provided up to the declaration of withdrawal. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal any associated contracts expire automatically, at no cost to the customer.
